Squirrels Drey
Formally part of the barn which stored grain now squirrels are often seen running along the thatched roof.
This thatched two storey converted stone barn has a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, beamed living area with a Smart TV and a comfortable 5 seater corner sofa (note: old sofa is shown in pictures & video) and dining area. There is a bedroom downstairs with a double bed (room for a travel cot), ample storage and an ensuite toilet. Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with bath and shower over, a bedroom with large bunk beds and a single bedroom.
What’s included
A bath towel is provided for each guest but please bring your own beach/pool towels. Beds are made up just before your arrival with fresh linen. There is also a welcome pack to start your stay with locally made treat and some Dorset tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (where applicable), soap, tea towel, dishcloth, 2 toilet rolls, a free basket of logs, kindling and fire lighters (where appropriate) will be provided. Free High Speed in-cottage Wi-Fi. Each cottage has a hairdryer.
Please note: Dogs are not permitted in this cottage.

Wish we had been able to stay longer at Berehayes. Squirrels Drey accommodated us as a family of five quite comfortably and provided everything we needed for our long weekend. The children all enjoyed the pool, games room and of course feeding the friendly alpacas. Kevin and Hayley are wonderful hosts and the staff very friendly too. They’ve thought of everything which results in guests being able to completely relax in wonderful, safe surroundings in an amazing location so close to the coast and it’s gorgeous beaches. Try the Shave Cross Inn for dinner (about a 10 minute drive) – you won’t be disappointed!
