The Cottages

Every cottage has a comfortable open plan living area with Smart TV. All rooms have electric heating and in the single story cottages there is also a log burner (with a free basket of logs).
The kitchens are equipped with everything you should need. Beds are made up just before your arrival with fresh linen and towels are included together with some welcome items to start your stay.
Mobility – there is only one step to enter the complex. Most cottages are easy to access, but Dairy, Cider and Smugglers Cottage do have a 4-6 inch step.

You can save up to 20% by booking direct using this website. Just fill out the booking form and your cottage will be reserved for 24 hours without any payment. A 25% deposit must then be paid to secure the booking, with the balance then payable six weeks prior to arrival.

For your comfort and safety party sizes are restricted to the maximum numbers as seen on the chart. The Pool & Spa is open during school summer holidays from 7 am to 8 pm. Well behaved pets (max 2) under 30kg and over 12 months, are allowed. To pay for an extensive clean there is a £15 per night charge (max £105). Dogs must be kept on leads.
