The Cottages
Every cottage has a comfortable open plan living area with Smart TV and free in cottage WiFi – We have BT Business Superfast Broadband and get 76 Mpbs, which is very good for the West Country, but please keep in mind that you are sharing with others so it will fluctuate at peak times. All rooms have electric heating and in the single story cottages there is also a log burner (with a free basket of logs).The kitchens are equipped with everything you should need. Beds are made up just before your arrival with fresh linen and towels are included together with some welcome items to start your stay.
Mobility – there is only one step to enter the complex. Most cottages are easy to access, but Dairy, Cider and Smugglers Cottage do have a 4-6 inch step.

For your comfort and safety party sizes are restricted to the maximum numbers as seen on the chart. To give you enough space to be more comfortable we recommend renting a cottage for an extra person.
Well behaved pets (max 2) under 30kg and over 12 months, are allowed in 5 cottages (see chart above). To pay for an extensive clean there is a £15 per night charge (max £105). Dogs must be kept on leads.
