In days gone by this was where the cows were milked.
A charming converted single storey stone barn for three with a double (room for a travel cot) and single bedroom. The newly fitted bathroom has a large shower. The comfortable living area has leather sofas, a wood burning stove, a Smart TV and a fabulous high vaulted beamed ceiling. The country kitchen area is fully equipped and has a dining area.
A bath and hand towel is provided for each guest but please bring your own beach/pool towels. Beds are made up just before your arrival with fresh linen. There is also a welcome pack to start your stay with locally made Dorset apple cake or biscuits and some Dorset tea, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (where applicable), soap, tea towel, dishcloth, 2 toilet rolls, a free basket of logs, kindling and fire lighters (where appropriate) will be provided. Free High Speed in cottage Wi-Fi. Each cottage has a hairdryer.
Honeypot Cottage is heated by a log burner and electricity which is metered. To encourage you to ‘Save the Planet’ we share the cost with you 50/50. This should amount to about £15/week in the colder months. There is no charge during the warm peak season from July 1st – Aug 31st. All monies go to Friends of the Earth charity (Reg. No. 1012357).
